Our History

Although Johnson and Associates, CPAs, PC began operations on September 16, 1999, the owners, Russell Johnson, Dennis Schadegg, and Mickey Dubs, have a combined 60 years of public accounting experience. Prior to the formation of Johnson and Associates, CPAs, PC, the owners had each worked for McGladrey and Pullen, an international accounting firm, since 1986.

Our Strengths

Although we are a "small-town" practice, we serve a base of clients that ranges from New Jersey to California and from New Mexico to Canada. Although you maybe located across the country, we take pride in our ability to provide you with service as if you were just down the street from us.

The firm performs a wide range of accounting services to a variety of business sizes, primarily those which are owner-managed. A partial listing of industries served includes agriculture, construction contractors, retail stores, medical practices, property management companies, and non-profit organizations. In addition, we serve sole proprietors and individuals.
